Working together to keep our communities a Safe Place to Live, Learn, Work & Play!
Many dedicated volunteers from Humboldt & Area have contributed much time and effort to making the lives of those in Humboldt and our surrounding rural communities safer…at home, at work, at school and at play.
Each year, volunteers positively impact the lives of many people in our community through their efforts. They provide safety education to both children and adults through the P.A.R.T.Y. Program, the Progressive Agriuclture Safety Day, our Child Car Seat Safety Clinics, and other programming along with the everyday involvement through the look out for safety issues in our communities.
Every effort contributes to developing a strong safety culture in our communities.
Safe Communities Humboldt & Area has many opportunities for you to get involved to make a difference, learn new skills, teach, share and be of service by sharing your stories.
There are many different ways you can help: administrative assistance, packing goody bags, teaching a safety topic or helping at a safety event, sharing your own survival story. You can contribute to a single event or offer to help out on a more regular basis. It’s up to you… We greatly appreciate the help of all our volunteers and realize that without them, we wouldn’t be able to accomplish our mission!
