Humboldt & Area students have been busy colouring safe driving messages to share this holiday season! Their art is displayed on brown paper bags being distributed with purchases at Humboldt Co-op liquor store.
Thank you so much to the schools who participated in this initiative, the bags look amazing! Thank you also to Humboldt Co-op for providing all the students who participated, with a token for a free hot chocolate.

In June, in collaboration with local Humboldt & area partnering schools, Humboldt RCMP discussed safe driving practices such as: not driving while impaired, not driving while distracted and the importance of buckling up, while colouring safety messages and pictures on paper liquor bags with them. These hand drawn bags by young members of our community will serve as great reminders for adults to make good decisions when behind the wheel. The bags were distributed with purchases at Humboldt Co-op liquor store over the summer.
